Job Summary

  • Work as a Team Lead for Network and Security operations, serving as an SME/L3 expert in Cisco ACI, Wi-Fi, ISE, Routing & Switching, Load Balancers, and various security firewalls.
  • Manage and support SDN technologies like Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, APIC, Stealthwatch, Cisco Wi-Fi, routing and switching, and Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, ensuring 100% security device uptime.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, provide root cause analysis for outages, perform firmware upgrades, and secure network security systems by establishing and enforcing policies.
