  • Troubleshoot and repair filling equipment and packaging lines
  • Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS system
  • Follow site GMP regulations and safety policies including LOTO
  • Install and repair equipment from blueprints and engineering sketches

Nice-to-have

  • Welding knowledge of Tig, Mig, Arc and Gas preferred
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA
  • Ability to operate electric pallet jack or forklift
  • Knowledge of ATS, RBM, and CBM methodologies
  • Basic sheet metal skills including guarding fabrication

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical trade school certificate preferred
  • 3-5 years experience troubleshooting high speed automated packaging equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to work with power/pneumatic tools
