Job Summary

  • This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS).
  • Lead continuous improvement of delivery and risk culture by applying structured problem-solving techniques and promoting knowledge sharing of best practices across Business and Support units.
  • Partner with Operational Risk teams to embed CMRS requirements, ensuring consistent adoption, uplift of controls, and evidence across all change initiatives.
