Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced quality professionals; manage performance, staffing, workforce planning, and capability development.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 7 years with advanced degree
5+ years leading Quality teams in regulated manufacturing
Experience managing AS9100/AS9110 QMS
Experience with quality engineering tools
