Job Summary

  • This role supports the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, a flagship initiative for Air Products focused on energy sustainability.
  • The incumbent will perform field verification of cyber assets to ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory standards and project specifications.
  • The position requires working on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia, on an 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rotation schedule.

Must-have

  • 10-15 years OT experience
  • 3+ years ICS cybersecurity design
  • Saudi NCA HCIS CRA compliance
  • ISA 62443 standards knowledge
  • SCADA DCS PLC protocol expertise
  • Firewall and endpoint hardening
  • FAT SAT CSAT procedure execution

Nice-to-have

  • ISA/IEC62443 accreditation preferred
  • CISSP CISM ISO 27001 certifications
  • Microsoft Visio advanced skills
  • Cross-functional team coordination
  • Risk assessment facilitation
  • Vendor management experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
  • At least 3 years ICS cybersecurity validation
  • Project implementation experience with Saudi cyber standards
  • Relevant OT/ICS cybersecurity accreditations
