Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Architect license (RA)
Bachelor of Architecture degree
Seven years facilities architectural design experience
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Design of ISO clean rooms and labs
Nice-to-have
Experience with semiconductor or hazardous area codes
Master of Architecture degree preferred
NCARB license preferred
Knowledge of greenfield facility design
Willingness to travel for project start-up
Key Requirements
Minimum seven years of facilities architectural design experience
Valid Registered Architect license (RA)
Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree
Strong working knowledge of IBC building codes
Experience with permit acquisition and construction administration
