Job Summary
The role of the barman/barmaid is to welcome and advise customers, prepare and serve simple drinks or cocktails, ensure the animation of the bar and proceed to the billing and collection of drinks and management of the bar's supply and stock.
Know all the bar and menu products, ensure the durability of the equipment provided, apply opening and closing procedures, and embody the Heartist spirit in customer interactions.
