Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Strong Fabrication background
Basic machine operator's skills required
Strong understanding of Total Preventive Maintenance, TPM
Basic knowledge of machine technology/CNC preferred
Related technical ability and good understanding of production processes and equipment
