  • Manage the daily outbound plan from the CD to clients with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Define and track key transport KPIs, identify opportunities, design business cases, and implement improvements.
  • Create dashboards in Power BI/Power Query for strategic decision-making and drive digital transformation initiatives.
