Job Summary

  • We're looking for a Production Manager who genuinely understands gelato — not just frozen desserts in general, but the science and craft behind it
  • The Role You'll own the day-to-day running of our central kitchen: production planning, output quality, team supervision, and compliance with MUIS halal and HACCP standards
  • You'll work closely with the founders on new product development and continuous process improvement
