Job Summary

  • Support the daily operations of residential development by executing general maintenance, cleaning, basic gardening, and support services, contributing to the efficient functioning and optimal presentation of all common areas.
  • Perform basic maintenance such as touch-up painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and furniture adjustments, while also cleaning common areas like lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Assist residents with basic needs, maintain amenities like pools and exercise areas, and manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
