Lead and develop a team of senior sourcing professionals while ensuring adherence to bp’s Category Management Policy, local regulations, and governance frameworks.
This role requires working in a shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM to enable effective collaboration with global partners across multiple time zones.
