Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or project management

  • Experience with UKG, ADP, or Workday preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll fundamentals
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPP certification is a plus
