Responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of payroll and time & attendance systems across the organization.
Key partner to HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, this role ensures that payroll and T&A practices support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and a positive employee experience.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field
5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or project management
Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives
Experience developing policies or governance frameworks
Experience with UKG, ADP, or Workday preferred
Strong understanding of HR and payroll fundamentals
