Ensures smooth execution of batch processes across multiple environments using scheduling tools like Control-M, UC4 (Automic), and Autosys.
Develops and maintains automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Ansible, and generates operational and performance dashboards using Kibana, Power BI, ServiceNow and Elastic.
On-call availability and shift work are required, starting as early as 5:30 AM (EST) and/or ending around 12:00 pm (EST), with occasional weekend coverage.
