Job Summary

• As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
• You will partner and enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the Progressive Maintenance systems and budget for the line.
• You will develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems, build technical and maintenance skills of technicians, and partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement.
