• Support the design, development, testing, and validation of packaging systems for medical devices, including robotic capital and durable medical equipment distributed globally.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and applicable global packaging standards.
• Support cost, quality, and sustainability initiatives including material optimization, waste reduction, logistics efficiency, and recycled content usage.

Salary

Base: $118,000.00 - $203,550.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
• Experience in Packaging engineering with hands-on experience in capital large system
• Working knowledge of ASTM, ISTA, ISO, and global packaging test standards
• Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and medical device quality systems
• Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM systems
