Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for embedding the mindsets and practices required to bring our Safety and Wellbeing stand to life and embed risk management across our Corporate Business Units.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to build and embed risk management mindsets and practices and lead risk management communities of practices.
  • The base salary range for this role is $157,500 to $185,250 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
