Base: $100,000-150,000; Bonus/Equity: Competitive bonus plan based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401K, medical, dental, vision from day one

Project financial management and billing
Work direction to subcontractors and technicians
Customer communication and change order management
System hardware design and software programming

Key Requirements
Technical associate’s degree with 4 years field experience or 6 years equivalent
Hands-on experience in HVAC/Building Automation systems
Knowledge of control theory and digital HVAC controls
Project accounting and costing principles knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6 years HVAC experience
