Job Summary
Act as focal for customer interactions and technical coordination, regularly communicating with contacts in customer organization to provide progress updates, schedule performance, and ensure Hexcel is responding to customer needs.
Load customer orders (sales orders) into Hexcel's ERP System in accordance with the customer's Purchase Orders, overall contractual requirements, and using internal upload tools.
Adhere to International Trade Compliance (ITC)/Legal obligations, including completion of Export Screening Checklist, maintenance of electronic documentation supporting quotation and orders, and document retention requirements.
