Job Summary
Assist the COO Asia with designing, implementing, and executing an effective risk control self-assessments program and overseeing operational risk mitigation activities.
Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments, develop action plans, contribute to Key Risk Indicators, and analyze risk incidents/loss events.
Develop close partnerships with business and functional leaders, support change management, and contribute to developing a strong risk culture across 7+ countries in Asia.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years risk management, investment management, or audit experience
Strong knowledge of wealth and asset management industry
Proven expertise in ORM concepts and practices
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Strong program and project management skills
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
Willing to travel frequently across 8+ Asia Countries
