Salary
Base: $121,600.00 - $211,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses possible; Benefits: Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans

Key Requirements
9+ years relevant experience with post-secondary degree
7+ years in Operational Risk environment
5+ years working across Operational Non-Financial Risk oversight
Certification in CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, BCI, or ITIL (advantage)
Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk policy frameworks
