Job Summary

• The IRC is seeking two qualified external consultants to support the implementation of the FAMI Lab Impact project.
• Consultants will design and co-deliver interactive training modules and supervision sessions on the transcultural approach, care relationships, and case management for beneficiaries from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular focus on parenting.
• Activities will target social workers from two Municipalities of the city of Milan to improve their capacity to assess vulnerabilities, engage families from migrant backgrounds, and apply culturally sensitive interventions.

• Proven professional experience in social work with migrant populations

• Based in Milan or available to travel to Milan
