The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per strict guidelines.
This role requires accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 to $35.00 depending upon qualifications and experience.
