Provide local client IT support for the LA Region, primarily for Teledyne Scientific & Imaging with home base being Thousand Oaks, CA.
Respond to all tickets assigned to the site’s deskside support group and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Be an essential part of the LA Region IT Team supporting multiple sites and work closely with local site and other team members.
