Job Summary
The role is critical for the design, planning, construction, and commissioning of new state-of-the-art insulin production facilities in Beijing and Frankfurt.
Candidates will partner with Engineering teams to create user requirements, develop SOPs, and execute equipment commissioning for fully automated biologics facilities.
Successful candidates must possess strong operational knowledge to support technology transfer and scale-up activities within a highly cross-functional team.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field
2+ years industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Strong cGMP knowledge for biologics or insulin production
Experience with process design, P&ID review, and HAZOP
Ability to work in matrix-driven project environments
Nice-to-have
Technical background specifically in insulin manufacturing
Experience with OQ/PQ/PPQ execution
Leadership skills for functional and direct teams
Willingness to travel to Germany for knowledge transfer
Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proficiency in cGMP regulations and insulin/biologics production
