SCR Medical Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading and managing the maintenance of school buses, light-duty vehicles, and support equipment. Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing the preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of School bus, light duty vehicles, and Support equipment.
  • The ideal candidate is a multi-task-oriented vehicle maintenance professional that possesses strong leadership and maintenance skills.
  • This position will supervise a direct staff of 2-10 employees to ensure maintenance goals are met.

  • 5 years of experience managing a large work group
  • Vocational training in automotive technology or equivalent
  • ASE Master Automotive, Medium or Heavy Truck and Master Automobile certifications preferred
  • Prior experience in supervising, directing, and/or training employees
  • Prior experience with Fleet Management Information systems (FMIS)
  • Advanced PC Skills - MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
