Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years aviation industry experience
Cabin development processes and testing
Supplier management and industrial reviews
Matrix organization leadership without direct authority
New product introduction (NPI) work package management
Nice-to-have
Fluency in French, German, or Spanish
Experience with aircraft systems and structure
Strong influencing ability at executive level
Multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment experience
Key Requirements
Master's/Graduate degree in engineering, quality, or program management
Seven years of experience in aviation project management, design, and production
Ability to work in the US without current or future need for sponsorship
