Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Bioinformatics or related field
  • Proficiency in R programming language
  • Experience with bulk and single-cell transcriptomes
  • Expertise in whole-exome sequencing (WES) analysis
  • Clinical biomarker analysis in oncology
  • Linux and cloud computing environment skills

Nice-to-have

  • Machine learning and AI experience
  • Hematology research background
  • Fluency in Mandarin language
  • Experience with spatial gene expression profiling
  • Knowledge of Snakemake or Nextflow tools

Key Requirements

  • US citizenship or green card required
  • Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics or Computational Biology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
