Job Summary

  • Chime is looking for a strategic, creative, and technical People Development Partner to design, facilitate, and scale programs that strengthen individual, team, manager, and organizational performance.
  • This role uniquely combines strategic program design with tactical performance enablement, including building or integrating AI-enabled tools that embed learning in the flow of work.
  • The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000 and up to $180,000, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits.

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose skill gaps
