Job Summary
In this impactful role as the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Coordinator, you will help guide the site on its journey toward World Class Manufacturing (WCM) by building strong partnerships across teams and delivering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will champion the development of TPM practices across the site, supporting key metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Kaizen Event Completion.
