Key Requirements

  • Proven Senior Project Manager experience in construction
  • Experience in live manufacturing environment
  • Experience with NEC3 Contracts
  • City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent construction qualification
  • SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid certifications
  • Experience managing health and safety procedures
  • Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
