Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.
  • The role includes assisting the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, menu planning, cost control, team leadership, and marketing activities.
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be involved in hiring, training, scheduling, complaint resolution, and performing other duties assigned by management.
