Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline preferred
Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Fire Protection, or related fields are an advantage
Strong hands-on experience across IT, AV, and core building systems
