Job Summary
This senior leadership role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for defining the strategy to scale the Accounting organization through process modernization and system upgrades.
The primary near-term priority is leading the full readiness and execution of an Oracle ERP upgrade, including process design, testing, and change management.
The successful candidate will drive structural improvements to data quality, reconciliation infrastructure, and the financial close process to ensure predictable and repeatable operations.

Must-have
12+ years accounting operations experience
Lead Oracle ERP upgrade implementation
Drive month-end close process improvements
Manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Deep US GAAP and internal controls knowledge
Nice-to-have
CPA certification preferred
Experience in remote distributed environments
Ability to influence without direct authority
Strong change management communication skills
Key Requirements
12+ years in accounting operations or finance transformation
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP platforms
Proven record leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Background managing AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Revenue processes
