The Lead Maintenance Technician provides hands-on technical leadership to support maintenance operations across filling and packaging manufacturing lines.
This role is responsible for coordinating a team of technicians, ensuring timely and effective equipment repairs, and maintaining high equipment reliability in a 24/7 GMP environment.

Must-have
6+ years maintenance experience or Associate degree with 2+ years
Advanced troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment
Experience in FDA-regulated GMP manufacturing environments
Ability to read electrical mechanical pneumatic schematics
12-hour night shift availability on rotating schedule

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
6+ years relevant maintenance experience OR Associate degree plus 2+ years
