The responsibilities of the Senior ES People Advisor include but are not limited to the following: Provide superior customer service to employees via our customer portal and emails.

Key Requirements
2 to 4 years of Experience in HR process and programs
Experience with Workday HCM or another HRIS desirable
Knowledge of Case Management tool and HR Agentbots
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in HR shared services organisation
Comfortable with a high-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills
