  • The responsibilities of the Senior ES People Advisor include but are not limited to the following: Provide superior customer service to employees via our customer portal and emails.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of Experience in HR process and programs
  • Experience with Workday HCM or another HRIS desirable
  • Knowledge of Case Management tool and HR Agentbots
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in HR shared services organisation
  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Deep knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Quick learner and comfortable with data
