Manage the global relationship of a portfolio of 4-6 clients, ensuring delivery against their strategic and tactical goals for benefits regionally or globally.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of GBM appointments and maintain client satisfaction, ensuring key activities are completed and internal / external parties are aligned.
