Job Summary

  • You are responsible for deploying the Lean roadmap within your scope, acting as the main facilitator for the deployment of the Lean culture and supporting teams in implementing the approach to improve site performance across all trades.
  • You will accompany and train teams on Lean tools and principles (5S, VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Animation à Intervalle Court, Travail standard, etc.) and ensure strong internal ownership.
