Must-have
Fluent in Portuguese (aural + written)
Two full-lifecycle CDP implementations
Data modeling and governance expertise
Agentforce and Data Cloud optimization
Executive stakeholder facilitation
Nice-to-have
Consulting or implementation partner experience
Experience with large data platforms like Snowflake
Knowledge of Python, Java, .Net, or SQL
Multi-cloud Salesforce scenario experience
Proactive self-starter attitude
Key Requirements
Must be fluent in Portuguese
Degree or equivalent experience required
