  • 3+ years IT Business Analyst experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
  • Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
  • SDLC understanding and process modeling

Nice-to-have

  • Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • SAP/S4HANA system knowledge
  • SQL or business intelligence tools proficiency
  • CBAP certification or similar
  • Global business environment experience
  • Workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders

Key Requirements
