Job Summary

• The Human Resources Business Partner drives our mission by working with leaders and employees across the business to ensure Volvo Group is a great place to work for everyone.
• This role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and ad hoc projects as necessary.
• Onsite medical facility, pharmacy, lactation center and gym specifically for Volvo employees.
