Job Summary
Your primary role will be to project manage new developments, A&A works, renovation and minor improvement projects.
You will report to a Manager and work together with our consultants and contractors to prepare the tender specifications for procurement and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and meets the required key performance indicators (KPI).
Manage the contract administration process including meeting contractual obligations, specification reviews and timely certification and processing of payment claims by consultants and contractors.
