Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct clinical services and medication and treatment administration.
This LPN performs and documents nursing procedures and techniques as prescribed by the physician and outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.
This is a full time position and eligible for the full state benefits package including Health Insurance, paid sick/vacation/holidays, retirement, etc.

Salary
Recruitment Range: $41,407.00 - $62,111.00; Bonus: $4,000 sign-on bonus may be offered; Benefits: Full state benefits package
