Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Proficiency in Maintenance Information System (MIS)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Project software
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
  • Experience with aircraft phase flow management
  • Knowledge of AFI 21-101 and technical orders

Nice-to-have

  • Ten years experience in plans and scheduling functions
  • First-hand experience with 89th Airlift Wing aircraft
  • Experience coordinating with Vice Chief of Staff briefings
  • Familiarity with depot program coordination processes

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Secret security clearance required
  • 10 years preferred experience in scheduling and documentation
