Job Summary
Manages the program to align with evolving Critical Application Recovery policy, audit requirements, compliance obligations, and business needs and objectives.
Plan, build, run and manage enterprise-wide IT DR for JLL, including DR strategies, plan development, plan exercising, and manage related IT budgets (capital and operational), annual program agendas and recovery improvement metrics.
Manages client information requests throughout the full lifecycle of client acquisition and ongoing service delivery.
