Key Requirements

  • 5+ years related experience required
  • 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior work experience in pipe fitting, welding, and metal fabricating environment required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Some CMMS platform (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar) is required
  • Must be able to direct the daily activities of 10-12 Iron Shop employees
