  • Lead the SAP data migration and cutover strategy across business units and geographies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for all data-related aspects.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define cutover scope, wave plans, and runbooks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and hypercare support planning, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize business disruption during go-live.
