Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Channel Data Management will serve as the strategic partner and technology leader for scaling a modern data management platform in support of the commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology and Hematology portfolio in the US and Canada.
This position will focus on securing high quality data while building partnerships across Market Access, Channel partners, data aggregators and commercial data infrastructure teams to provide operational insights on various distribution and patient support programs and facilitate providing key business insights to Commercial teams.

Base: $143,000.00 - $188,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan/incentive compensation plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

7+ years Pharmaceutical industry experience
7+ years platform design/implementation/analytics
Experience establishing Channel data aggregation
Channel data providers and data warehouse experience
Strong data compliance experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to articulate complex technical problems
Ability to coordinate needs assessments
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment
