Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal care, while maintaining a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere.
