Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure quality care.
  • This role requires ensuring that sufficient numbers of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for every shift to maintain high standards of resident care.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
